Make Money From Solar PV

There are 9 solar PV systems. They all use the same technology but have different outputs and size of panels that are matched to your particular needs. All of them save money and carbon dioxide and range in price from £7,500 to £17,300.

Don't forget to contact us for a free survey of your home, where we will carry out a full PV assessment to see which system is right for you.

Once the system is installed you will receive an income for every unit of electricity the system generates and a little bit more for the electricity that you export. You will also save money on your electricity bill since you will not need to buy as much electricity from your energy supplier.

It's a simple as that! And both the solar PV panels and the income from the electricity your system generates are guaranteed for 25 years. All income is also index-linked for 25 years and tax free.

For example, you could install a £11,000 system:

• The savings you make on your electricity plus the feed-in tariff payment you will receive = £880 per year. This is about 8% return per year; or as it is tax free, around 13% for higher earners
• The solar PV panels will have paid for themselves in 13 years.
• The tax-free profit that you will make over 25 years is £23,220.

1Based on a location that generates an annual electricity yield of 850 kWh/kWp of installed panel. Panels orientated south on a 30 degree pitch roof, with little or no overshading. 2Assuming an average UK electricity rate of 13p/kWh, an annual household electricity demand of 3,300 kWh and 50% of electricity generated by the system is exported. 3CO2 emissions per kWh of electricity displaced from the UK grid is 0.568kg (SAP 2005). 4Calculated using the following assumptions: i) electricity prices increasing at 6% a year (which is consistent with the last 10 years, BERR June 2009), ii) RPI is set at 3% and raises the feed in tariffs only. 5Our system cost includes supply and installation of the panels, the inverter and a real time display. Prices include VAT at 5%. Read more about Our Guarantees.

Please note that National Energy Services is not a financial services company. Customers wanting to compare solar PV as an investment or security should consult an IFA or other relevant professional.
