The British Standards Institution (BSI) ISO 9001

Renewable Energy Assurance Listed (REAL)

The REAL Assurance Scheme was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. It aim is to bring information and reassurance to clients wanting to buy and install any microgeneration system, including solar PV panels. The REAL logo is a symbol of professional excellence and a sign that the supplier has agreed to abide by the high standards set out in their consumer code. Product guarantee

(MCS) is an independent scheme that certifies microgeneration products and installers in accordance with consistent standard The Microgeneration Certification Schemes. The primary aim of the MCS is to provide consumers with confidence and protection by evaluating microgeneration products and installers against robust criteria. The MCS is the only certification scheme to cover all microgeneration products and services, and has support from the government’s Department of Energy and Climate Change. Your system uses Schuco panels that are MCS-approved products.

Product guarantee

Warrants:

• The physical construction of the Solar PV Panels for 5 years
• The operation of the Inverter for 5 years
• The electrical installation for 2 years after the Completion Certificate has been signed

The PV panel manufacturer warrants the electrical output of the Solar PV Panels to be no less than 80% of their designed performance after 25 years. In addition to the above certifications, the company provides continuing training and support for its staff, members, and work closely with its partners, to ensure that service provided to our customers is of the highest possible standards.
